Mr. Vasquez assists U.S. companies doing business in Mexico and Latin America as well as foreign families and businesses investing in the United States.  Mr. Vasquez also assists U.S. and foreign companies in the expansion of international operations through branches, subsidiaries and representative offices, as well as the maintenance and dissolution of such operations. Mr. Vasquez previous experience has provided a solid foundation for assisting companies of all ranges in regulation and operation of business units involved in construction, international trade, real estate, telecommunications and transportation. As a result of this business and legal acumen, Mr. Vasquez is actively sought out to make presentations and conduct seminars to various business and quasi-governmental organizations.
